We get it - planning an event comes with a million questions. Here are the ones we hear the most often about our photo booths and pods. If you don't see your answer here, just drop us a message - we love to chat!

Booking & Availability

Q: How far in advance should we book?

A: Fridays and Saturdays get snapped up pretty fast (especially in summer,) so we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings. But don't panic - if your date is sooner, still check with us. We sometimes have last-minute availability!

Q: How do I book? 

A: Easy - just click Check Availability on our site. You'll pop your date in, and if we're free, you'll be able to secure your pod straight away through our booking system. If you'd prefer you can also send us an email and one of our helpful team members can get your date secured for you. 

Setup & Space

Q: How much space do you need? 

A: Our pods are super compact compared to traditional booths. They can be adapted to fit pretty much any space no matter how small. We just recommend a minimum of 3 ft in front of the pod to allow your guests to comfortably get into the photos.

Q: How long does set up take?

A: Around 30-45 minutes (unless you've added a sequin wall to your booking.) Our on-site technician will arrive in plenty of time, set everything up, test it, and make sure it looks perfect before your guests start using it.

Q: Can you set up outdoors?

A: Yes - as long as it's undercover (like a marquee or stretch tent) and we've got access to power.

Pods & Packages

Q: What is the difference between the Classic Pod and Pro Pod? 

A: Classic is digital-only (great for parties and modern couples,) whilst the Pro Pod includes unlimited instant prints and a guestbook option.

Q: Do you provide props? 

A: Yes! Fun props come as standard. 

​

Q: Can we add extra hours?

A: Absolutely. Extra hours can be added in advance or on the day (subject to availability.) Perfect if the party is in full swing!

Photos & Galleries

Q: Do we get digital copies of all of the photos? 

A: Yes! Every package includes a password-protected online gallery where you and your guests can view and download the photos.

Q: What's the Post-Event Download Pack? 

A: It's an upgrade that gives you the full set of high-resolution, full size images after the event - perfect for printing, albums, or just keeping safe.

Q: Can guests share the photos instantly?

A: Yes - with the Classic Pod, guests can email, air drop, QR code (etc,) their photos right away. With the pro pod they can do that an also take home the prints.

Travel & Coverage

Q: Do you cover my venue?

A: We're based in Cheshire and cover most of the North West (Cheshire, Manchester, Liverpool, Staffordshire, North Wales.) If you're a little further, just ask - we do travel!​

Q: Is travel included?

A: Travel up to a 60 mile (round trip) is included. Longer distance may incur a small additional mileage fee.​

Payments & Admin

Q: Do you need a deposit? 

A: Yes, a small deposit is required to secure your date. Then the balance is due 4 weeks before your event.​

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Absolutely. We have full Public Liability Insurance, plus Goods in Transit and Equipment Insurance for transporting and using our pods at venues (many venues ask for this - we've got you covered.)​

On The Day

Q: Is someone with the booth during the event? 

A: We don't have an "attendant" hovering - instead, we have a discreet technician who sets up, checks everything is running smoothly, and is nearby if needed. Guests get all of the fun without feeling watched.

Q: What happens if something goes wrong?

A: Our pods are reliable, but in the rare case of an issue, our technicians are trained to sort it on the spot. Plus, we always carry spares of the essentials (cables, props, etc.)​

Extras & Customisation

Q: Can we brand the pod for our corporate event?

A: Yes! We can customise screens, templates and even wraps to match your brand. Great for product launches and company parties.​

Q: Can we bring our own props or guestbook?

A: Totally - but most couples and companies love that we have got it all sorted.​
